At Weaver Leather Supply, we stand behind the quality of our tools and materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
